Drawn from a full day workshop with 11 stakeholders across Kingfisher's operating companies, 'Coach' was created on the diy.com
website, to support customers through their bathroom projects and reduce the rate of failure. It contained articles and tips on how to complete various diy projects and also a bathroom visualiser called 'Plan My Bathroom' (PMB) to help customers bring their projects to life.
During its mvp phase, PMB went through a few pivots to hone its value proposition. Through iterative lab testing we got to learn what was important for our users and what improvements needed to be made.
